Returns & Refunds Policy

At Creaftbuzz, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, customized products with care and precision. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our handmade and personalized items, please review our returns policy carefully:


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and Personalized Products: Items with laser engraving, custom designs, Printed T-Shirts, or 3D-printed personalization cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or special discount items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized, non-custom items under the following conditions:

  1. Return Request Period: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. Photos showing defects, or damage.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@craftbuzz.com with photos of the issue and a description of the defect.
  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@craftbuzz.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation.
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for eligible items upon inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges would be considered only for non-personalized items if they meet the return eligibility criteria. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.


Cancellations

Orders for custom and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
